Pressure reducing valves

The pressure reducing valve is a device designed to reduce the pressure of a gas from an initial generally variable value to a final given value at the end of a process.

Primary, secondary and special reducing valves for carbon dioxide, for carbonitrogen and for nitrogen.

Normal and special connections, high pressure flexible pipes, protection and wall fixing plates.

SK or ISPESL approved models.

Pressure reducing valves type SA

Technical characteristics

Pressure reducing valve with one or more pressed brass bodies with single block high pressure valve (brass body, stainless steel interior and teflon seal), overpressure valve in membrane unit, safety valve with 6 mm passage diameter and fixed lead sealed setting.

1/4" gas outlet connection.

Pressure reducing valves type S-S1

Technical characteristics

Pressure reducing valve with one or more pressed brass bodies with single block high pressure valve (stainless steel body and interior, teflon seal), overpressure valve in membrane unit, safety valve with 10 mm passage diameter and fixed lead sealed setting.

Rotating outlet connection S type.

1/4" gas outlet connection S1 type.

Double body pressure reducing valve type SD

Technical characteristics

Double body pressure reducing valve single unit pressed with single block high pressure valves (brass body, stainless steel interior and teflon seal), overpressure valves in membrane unit, safety valves with 6 mm passage diameter and fixed lead sealed setting. It eliminates the inconvenience of leaks between the bodies, even in case of forcing while connecting the bottle.

Primary pressure reducing valves type SG

Technical characteristics

The SG type pressure reducing valve has been realized to deliver high quantities of gas without forming ice which may cause malfunction and leaks in the reducing valve itself. In fact, the volume of the low pressure chamber is particularly large and the expanded gas can easily come out.

Pressure reducing valve specially indicated as primary. Pressed brass body with high pressure valve realized with teflon seal on stainless steel orifice, high flow rate safety valve realized in the reducing body.

1/4" gas outlet connection.

Bottle connection assembled on the side or on the rear available. Special brackets for wall mounting.

Secondary reducing valves

Pressure reducing valves without safety valve, with overpressure valve in membrane unit for use only after primary pressure reducing valve.

Pressure reducing valve type SM

Mini pressure reducing valve particulary indicated for home soda devices and for aquariums, with normal or rear fitting.

Reducing valves for carbonitrogen, nitrogen and mixed gas

Also approved by SK and with fixed setting pre-reducing valve.
