Equipment used to reduce and settle the pressure of an input gas which run with nitrogen. Pressure reducers can work with input pressures up to 300 bar and settle the output pressure up to 0,15 bar.
The high pressure valve of ODL reducers is a single block with body in brass or stainless steal which contains an holding pin in stainless steel and a PTFE gasket; the safety valves, which are integrated into the body of the reducer, are fixed calibrated and lead-covered.
The output pressure value can be pre-set and lead-covered or adjusted by the user up to a maximum value.
Pressure reducers can be equipped with input connections which are compatible with any kind of bottle connections with or without flexible high pressure tubes.
Likewise output pressure can be customized according to customer's needs. ODL pressure reducers can be supplied with or without gauges both for input and output pressure. Upon request, they can also be provided with plates for gauge protection and /or for wall fixing.
Each pattern can be set as primary, secondary, double stage (reducer and pre-reducer) pressure reducer and can be mounted as a set up to five bodies maximum.
